A black-run grocery store is a far cry from the Walmart of yesteryear.
That is because Walmart is no longer a black owned business, but a Walmart for all, according to a new report from the Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR).
The report is based on a review of Walmart’s internal documents.
Walmart declined to comment.
But the report suggests that the Walmart chain was still operating in a racist way even before President Donald Trump took office.
For decades, Walmart has been accused of racism and discrimination by the civil rights community, including its policies and practices toward black workers.
Walmart has consistently maintained that its hiring practices are consistent with fair employment practices.
But many observers question the company’s commitment to racial equality.
The new report highlights the problems Walmart faces in its efforts to promote racial harmony, particularly as it tries to combat the growing demand for healthy foods and products.
According to the report, Walmart used racial and ethnic slurs to describe its employees.
“Black” and “Negro” were used as keywords on the company website for black and Latino employees.
Walmart employees were not allowed to wear their Walmart uniforms in the company parking lot.
Black and Hispanic employees were also not allowed access to its warehouse or other facilities.
In its 2016 annual report, the company noted that it had implemented a “black-inclusive workplace culture” and that it was working to recruit more black workers in a number of areas.
The company also made a commitment to hire more Hispanic and Latino workers.
But Walmart’s hiring of African-Americans and Latinos to work for its retail stores has been controversial.
In addition to racial bias, Walmart’s business practices have also drawn criticism.
The CIR report found that Walmart was a major seller of food that was prepared by people of color.
The report also found that many of the foods sold by Walmart were “farmed” foods that were not organic.
The “farming” food was sold at lower prices and was typically marketed to African-American and Latino communities, according the report.
The report found Walmart also had a history of poor practices in its retail food-service and supply chain, including low wages and poor working conditions.
Walmart was also not required to disclose its labor practices to its workers.
The Walmart Food Service chain is owned by Kroger, the parent company of Kroger.
Kroger is also owned by Kraft, which is also a member of the company.
Krogers website says that “Kroger is committed to building a healthier world for everyone,” but the company has faced criticism from labor advocates and civil rights groups over its food service practices.
Krogers food-delivery services have been criticized for its low pay and long hours.
It has also been accused by the U.S. Department of Labor of paying employees less than minimum wage.
In a statement, Kroger said it was “deeply disappointed” by the CIR’s report.
“As we have said many times, we are committed to providing fair and equal pay and benefits for our associates.
We are taking steps to ensure that our associates can meet their needs in a way that respects their race and gender identities.”
The report also details a number ways that Walmart has tried to tackle its diversity issues.
Walmart launched a $5 million campaign last year that aimed to improve the workplace environment for people of all backgrounds.
The campaign is led by the Walmart Foundation and the Walton Family Foundation.
The Walmart Foundation, led by Walmart CEO Doug McMillon, also has created a $3 million fund that will be used to support businesses that have adopted more diversity strategies.
Walmart also has made changes to its food-safety and quality-control practices.
For example, it began testing its food in 2015 and announced in June 2017 that it would no longer buy food from suppliers who tested positive for foodborne illness.
The move followed a report from a federal regulator that found Walmart had failed to follow all of its food safety and quality control standards.
Walton Foods has also invested in programs that help minorities and women get involved in the grocery industry.
Walmart is also launching a national campaign, The Walmart Experience, to help workers and communities better understand the challenges of working in the food industry.
The CIR reports that Walmart is still struggling to meet its goals of improving racial and gender equality in the workplace.
In its 2016 report, it noted that Walmart had an “unprecedented” number of employees of color in its workforce.
Walter Scott, who serves on the board of the Walton Foundation, told The Associated Press that he believes that the company is committed “to making real progress” on racial and other diversity issues in the industry.
